We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make.  If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through. We will try to keep this list updated but if you do not see your engine listed here please ask!  We can  do custom stroker or knife-edge crank designs.  We can provide templates for initial fitting and adjustment. Templates cost $100 and are a separate charge from the scraper pattern chosen.

 

When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance Teflon® scrapers run an additional $130.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.

 

Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines.  If you are still unsure, please contact us.

New dyno feedback from a tuner in Russia on the Teflon scraper by itself installed in a Toyota 3S-GTE: 

"Dyno test shown the gain of 1.9% hps, the increase displays in the diapasonum [interval or range] from 4430 to 8200 rpm."  "Also I see the more consequent oil supply in the head - my pressure sensors in the oil channels of the cylinder head now shows 2.2 bars instead of of 1.9 before while engine works at the mid-range.  [31.9 psi from 27.6 psi]"

Toyota S-series crank scraper and new directional screening windage tray 

This scraper and tray system is designed to fit inside the stock sheet metal windage trays on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation engines and not interfere with the closing of the stock oil pan.  Teflon® scraper option shown.  Windage tray with steel scraper: $349.95  (Teflon® $130 extra) pan spacer included.

Some versions of the Toyota block have significant casting protrusions on the web.  It may be necessary to reduce these protrusions to allow a scraper to fit.  If you have a block with these protrusions there is a modified scraper available at additional cost: $129.95 (Teflon bladed version $130 additional).  Some pictures of the Teflon version are below:
