What a crank-scraper is and other technical info... Some comments on our products...

We will try to keep this list updated but if you do not see your engine listed here please ask!  We can provide templates for initial fitting and adjustment. Templates cost $100 and are a separate charge from the scraper pattern chosen.

We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make.  If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through.

When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance Teflon® scrapers run an additional $130.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.

Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines.  If you are still unsure, please contact us.

"Coyote" 5.0 modular engine; steel scraper $99.95, Teflon bladed scraper $229.95.  Note there are versions for use with and without the factory windage tray as well as a modified version of the stock windage tray.

Recent dyno tests were run even using just the Teflon bladed scraper at high RPMs and the customer was very pleased (~2.4% return of peak HP number).

Modified windage tray: $354.95 for modifications.  This does not include $76.00 for a new core to be modified.  Customer can supply a new core.  The Ford part number for the core is BR3Z-6710-A (oil pan gasket). 

Above: Test scrapers were made for testing alone and in combination with a modified version of the stock windage tray.

Below: The stock windage tray.  The tray is modified to help stop the windage from being blasted up the drain ports from the heads.  The louver openings are covered with directional screening to help capture and slow high speed droplets of oil.

Above: the scraper designed to work with the tray sitting in place.  The tray is modified to let draining oil from the scraper flow down the tray.
