We can  do custom stroker or knife-edge crank designs.  We can provide templates for initial fitting and adjustment. Templates cost $100 and are a separate charge from the scraper pattern chosen.

We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make.  If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through.

When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance Teflon® scrapers run an additional $130.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.

Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines.  If you are still unsure, please contact us.

2GRFE V6

A steel or Teflon bladed version is available.  A windage tray modified with internal screening is available as well.

Steel crank scraper: $89.95    Teflon bladed: $219.95

Modified windage tray: $264.95

Important note: In 2017 a customer provided detailed fitment information indicating that at least two variations of crankshafts exist.  The customer's crankshaft had bulkier web arms near the rod journals and so the version shown in the pictures here needed to be trimmed.  Either version is available to customers, please simply specify.  To be clear: either crankshaft version is considered OE by Toyota and will be usable in your build or rebuild.  There may be yet other versions and this is actually a very common situation across OEM suppliers.

The pictures below show that the scraper does not require that other parts be modified for it to fit within beneath the windage tray and upper alloy sump.

Modified tray:

We have received feedback from OEM level dyno testing indicating that a combined system for a similar V6 engine significantly improved the output of the stock engine from 4400 rpm, peaking at over 3.5% gain at 7500 rpm.  This was for a steel scraper, no less.
