We will try to keep this list updated but if you do not see your engine listed here please ask! We can provide templates for initial fitting and adjustment. Templates cost $100 and are a separate charge from the scraper pattern chosen.
We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make. If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through.
When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance Teflon® scrapers run an additional $130.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.
Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines. If you are still unsure, please contact us.

The 2.2 and 2.5 scraper designs are constructed from thinner gauge steel that is approximately the thickness of a normal compressed gasket (.060"). The opposite side piece operates on the downstroke versus the upstroke for the scraper plate on the opposite side -- a dual scraper system. $94.95
A Teflon® bladed version is also available: $224.95
Please let us know what engine you have; for example: early 2.2 NA, late 2.2 NA, common block 2.5 NA, 2.2 T with cast crankshaft, 2.2 T with forged crankshaft, 2.2 T common block with forged crankshaft - NO balance shaft assembly, 2.2 T common block with forged crankshaft and balance shafts (stock T3 & T4), 2.5 T, 2.5 T - balance shaft assembly removed.

Dual Windage Tray and Baffle Setup
There is a dual windage tray and baffle setup available for the 2.2 and common block 2.2 and 2.5 engines with balance shafts removed. "Dual" refers to the two windage tray layers. The setup includes oil baffles with trap doors for the sump and piston bay segregation baffles that help to prevent windage from traveling along the crank. A special oil port block-off washer is included for people that have not already removed their balance shafts. The pictures below illustrate the setup. The setup runs $414.95. NOTE: scrapers are separate but will function well in concert with the setup. The setup is suspended in the pan by attachment plates that are captured under main bearing cap bolts.
What you will need to supply is a 2.2 turbo or 89-91 2.5 oil pan and a 2.2 oil pickup tube as pictured below. Be aware that the OEM pickup tube has a highly functional screen cover which is missing from some aftermarket manufactured pickups. The two bumps are designed to help disrupt vortex formation to the surface of the sump oil.

Here is an extremely informative article covering a 2.2 turbo engine rebuild by Bob O'Neill. Pay particular attention to the oil pump outlet modification and the suggestions on bearing clearances.
